Refund policy
All returns and shipping are payable by the customer.
Items being returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging.
We advise customers to send their returns on a tracked service.
Please ensure your order number is included or we may be unable to process it.
All goods will be inspected upon receipt. If received in an unsuitable condition, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the goods within 2-3 business days, to ensure that your return or exchange can be completed as quickly as possible.
As soon as your return is processed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken.
Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs.
If you paid by card, please be advised that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account.
We don't currently accept exchanges. Items must be refunded and a new order placed for an exchange to take place.
