Can I add or remove items from my order?

We are unable to change orders once they have processed through our system. If you wish to purchase an additional item, please place a new order. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please get in touch via the CONTACT US page. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the usual returns procedure to receive your refund. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us urgently if you need to change your delivery address. If your order has not yet been shipped, then we should be able to update your delivery address, providing the delivery country remains the same. We cannot change the delivery country.

Can I change my billing address?

We are unable to make any changes to the billing details after an order has been placed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payments methods such as PayPal. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.
